Pick-Up & Delivery / Installation & Set-up Services

SLC offers delivery and pick-up services, for a nominal fee, throughout New England. These services can be performed around the clock at any time of night or day, depending on your individual needs. Fees are based upon your location and the times and days on which you want the equipment delivered and picked-up. Equipment set-up is normally provided, when possible, with all equipment rentals.

Video Conferencing

SLC stocks Polycom’s videoconferencing products.  All models are available for rent and can be delivered or shipped anywhere in America. Installation can be performed by the customer’s IT person or by SLC’s Polycom-trained personnel.
 

• Polycom ViewStation videoconferencing system. This device sits on top of your monitor and delivers TV quality video for lifelike conferencing interaction while fully supporting video standards. It is ideal for the most demanding videoconferencing needs for conference rooms, boardrooms, classrooms, and custom conference facilities. ViewStation supports both public and private networks through ISDN BRI/PRI, V.35, and Ethernet networks.

Proper planning is the key for ensuring successful group videoconferencing. Please contact us early for assistance in the planning process. While these products are easy to use, set-up may be complex depending upon the nature of the communications network they are being connected to. Professional installation and set-up services are available. SLC offers a flat-rate installation for rented Polycom products and hourly or contract rates for technicians to remain on-site for the duration of your conference or event.

Event Management Service and Technical Staffing

Skilled computer and Audio Visual technical staffs are available to assist you with the set-up and running of your events.  Our technical staff is experienced in audio, video, networking and communications, and popular applications like Microsoft Powerpoint.
