Terms & Conditions of Rentals.
  1. Customer shall use equipment in the conduct of its business, and in a careful and proper manner.
  2. Equipment shall be located at the address to which Equipment is to be shipped and shall not be removed from that location without the prior oral or written consent of Schneider Leasing.
  3. Upon shipment of delivery of Equipment to RENTEE, the RENTEE hereby assumes and shall bear the entire risk of loss and damage to the equipment.
  4. In the event RENTEE shall default in the payment, when due, or any rental payment, Schneider Leasing Company reserves the right to enter the RENTEE’s premises and repossess the equipment wherever found. In addition, RENTOR may also recover from RENTEE all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees.
  5. On expiration of this agreement, RENTOR shall return the equipment in the same condition as received, reasonable ware and tear and normal depreciation excepted.  The RENTEE agrees to pay RENTOR any amount necessary to cover replacement for all damaged, broken or missing parts of the equipment.
  6. The RENTEE is liable for all rental charges incurred from the day the equipment is delivered through to the end of the day that the notification of completion of the rental to the RENTOR takes place.  In the event that attempts to pickup or deliver Equipment during regular business hours are delayed or denied by the RENTEE the RENTOR may, at its own option, bill RENTEE for reasonable expenses and costs arising out of such attempts.
  7. In the event of equipment failure the RENTOR will repair or replace the equipment as soon as is reasonable possible at no expense to the RENTEE.
  8. It is expected that the RENTEE knows how to operate the equipment rented. Schneider Leasing Company provides technical support for a reasonable amount of time.

Terms & Conditions of Sales
  1. 7 Day money back guarantee. Schneider Leasing Company will take back any item purchased for a full refund within the first seven days, provided the equipment is in the same condition it was in at the time of the sale.
  2. Warranties. All equipment comes with a warranty. Length of warranties vary with products but are clearly stated at the time of sale. During the warranty period, customer must return the equipment to Schneider Leasing Company for repair. Warranties cover hardware only and do not include Operating systems, application software, or viruses.
  3. Used equipment. All used equipment is sold in “as is” condition.

Terms & Conditions of Service
  1. Clients should backup all data before bringing a computer in for service. Schneider Leasing Company cannot be responsible for customer data.
  2. Schneider Leasing Company recommends all customers purchase virus protection software. SLC does not accept responsibility for any virus infections, or any expenses incurred in removing them.
  3. All repairs are backed by a 30 day warranty. This includes hardware only. It does not include operating system, application software or viruses.
